Phew.... it's a drive by blogging!

It's been a while. Life with a baby is wonderful but busy. Here are a few pictures of the happenings in our lives lately. Just some highlights for you.

GIRLS' NIGHT OUT!
Beth, Jodi, Rach, Tiff, Robyn (she likes to think she's "a young-un"), and Tiff went to hear Anita Renfroe. I am a really big fan. We've seen her several times at Women of Faith. For those of you not familiar with her - she sings "momsense" on youtube. Also look for "Before I eat" "Don't Breath" - they should be on youtube. She's hysterical. Unfortunately - we didn't get a group picture or anything.

This is so funny. She had a lady on stage talking about how long she's been in the "cult" - scrapbooking that is... ha ha. It was awesome. Although - I am a member.

Confused about toilet seat covers... ha ha ha.


Over the weekend we went camping for two nights. It was awesome. A little more work with a baby but very fun. This was a hike we took on Saturday afternoon. I forgot to put pictures of people swinging on the huge vines. That was fun, too.

Sometime in the furry of activity my sister gave us tickets to a reds game. Supposedly they used to be "Ken Griffey Jr.'s seats." Anyhoo - they were in row 1. It was really sweet.

"Huh? What? Is the ball coming my way? I'm a little noyvous."


Several weeks ago - we camped on a friday night with these two dangerous people. This is what sparked the full weekend camping expedition with more people.

My first camping trip... I loved it.


And of course... on September 26th I turned 28. YEP... thirty is just around the corner. Let's see... Friday night Tiff organized a surprise party at Carraba's italian grill. I was VERY VERY surprised! Thanks to everyone that was there. We also played mini golf that evening. I have no pictures of that. Saturday - Matt & I went on a date. Tiff watched Emily for us. We went to the playhouse to see Jane Austin's Emma. It was excellent. The singing was fabulous. I love going to the playhouse. Then, for dinner we went to Newport on the Levee - yea, we even used the valet parking. And we ate at Mitchell's Fish Market.

My free sharkfin dessert. Yep - we ate it all. I have the pictures to prove it.

My cute adorable baby is almost 6 months old!!!
